Alex Martinez
Their Story: Alex started their allyship journey two years ago after attending our foundational training. They were moved by hearing peers share their experiences and realized their responsibility to take action. Now they mentor three junior employees from underrepresented groups and helped launch our Trans & Non-Binary ERG.
